I have been with VTS for about 2 years now. After experiencing service delivery and customer service from other ISP’s, not only on the Garden Route but in Cape Town, I can honestly say that VTS are leaps and bounds ahead of their “competition”. There have been very few times that I have experienced any down time. Should there be scheduled maintenance etc the team at VTS have never failed to advise of this with more than enough notice, however, their extremely talented work force complete their maintenance so fast you’d hardly even notice that the service was down. Minutes at worst. Should the unspeakable happen and something disastrous happens to the fibre or backbone, the guys are on it and the problem is fixed in no time. Something like this happened to me in Cape Town and the service was down for days, VTS managed it in around 30 mins. The way that the network is setup ensures that you receive exactly the bandwidth that you are paying for, never less, and honestly, sometimes a little more. This is NEVER the case with any other ISP I have ever used. Must be a bit of magic. VTS magic.
