Applying for Internet with VTS is SO EASY!

1. Go online & look for your desired Fibre or Wireless package.
2. Complete our application form & send a copy of your ID and proof of address.
3. Once your application form has been received, your order will be placed with the FNO (Fibre Network Operator) of your choice.
4. An invoice will be sent through to you for payment.
5. We will then contact you for an installation date. If everything goes smoothly this will take around 14 working days to process.
6. Once we have received the official notification from the FNO that the installation has been completed we arrange for your router to be installed.
7. Your services are activated and you are live on the internet.
