Annual Network Freeze

Our upcoming annual freeze period, will be scheduled from the 13th December 2024 to 6th January 2025

As we approach yet another end of another busy and eventful year, we want to take a moment to thank you as a VTS customer for your ongoing support.
It has been a year filled with both challenges and achievements.

Annual Network Freeze Schedule…

Only verified / approved emergency maintenance events will be accepted during this time. All standard changes will be booked after the freeze in 2025. Emergency change controls are planned maintenance activities necessary to prevent imminent outages or additional impact required to resolve an ongoing outage.

Please keep an eye out on your emails and our WhatsApp Channel as these will be communicated on those platforms. Customer support will continue without interruption, though with reduced resources. No New Fibre orders will be processed or actioned during this time, these will be booked only after 6 January 2025.

As we reflect on the achievements and challenges of the past year, we look forward to the year ahead. May the holiday season bring you joy, warmth, and well-deserved relaxation.
